Attire
Whether it's tuxedos or Hawaiian shirts and shorts, from conservative to crazy, you can be assured our INsemble will be dressed appropriately for your occasion.
Emcee the entire evening
One of the members of our INsemble can act as a "Master of Ceremonies" for your function. Some examples would be introducing speakers, the bride and groom or the wedding party, announcing special dances and bouquet tosses, or giving out prizes and awards throughout the evening.
Assure that the music is not too loud, not too soft
A major concern of most clients is that the band will be too loud. Our INsemble has the experience to play at an appropriate volume for dancing, yet at a level which allows guests to talk comfortably.
Play background music during dinner and cocktails
When your guests arrive, and during the meal, our INsemble can play soft background music, adding a warm ambiance to the party.
Take requests
We want to provide music that you and your guests want to hear, so requests are encouraged and always welcome.
Provide recorded music during breaks
Our INsemble will definitely keep their breaks to a minimum, but while they're on break, we have pre-recorded music playing to help keep the atmosphere festive, and the guests dancing!
Provide early setup of equipment
Innovation Entertainment has an excellent sound and light system. We are completely self-sufficient, which means you don't have to worry about special arrangements for the band. Our sound and light system is very compact, and it looks and sounds great! We will also make sure our equipment is setup and ready to go before your first guests arrive.
Keep everyone dancing
Most all the songs our INsemble plays are very recognizable and very danceable. Innovation's INsemble has wonderful audience interaction, they keep things moving at an appropriate pace, and perform a wide variety of music so that no matter what age you are, or what style of music you like, you and your guest will have a fantastic time!
